The Lemon and Tangerine flavoured  olive oils are obtained by pressing directly the olives with lemons or with the tangerine. All the flavors of the fruits are kept in the oil, giving a wonderful and subtle taste.

The lemon oil is ideal for salad or on a white fish. The tangerine is interesting on fish or scallop carpaccio or on a duck filet.

Our truffle oils contain some truffle. The truffle oil is ideal on potatoes or eggs. Some chefs use it on scallops or lobsters. A few drops are enough.
