Gewurztraminer cuvée Marine

Terroir from fragmented plots around Nothalten. These have very varied soils: silt-clay, sandstone, marly limestone, granite … Mechanical harvesting, long pressing of whole grapes, static settling, slow & regulated fermentation at 18°C, long ageing on fine lees. Pleasurable white wine, gastronomic, sweet, fruity with lychee notes. Long and expressive in mouth, fresh and delicate.
