GEWURZTRAMINER

It’s a typical Alsatian Grape, one of the most well-know wine. By the nose, it has very intense rose flowers, spicies, and exotic fruits aromas. In the mouth, a little sweetness balanced with freshness makes it a very great wine for the aperitif, but also with hot and spicies foods like like Chinese, Indian and Thaï foods. Also very nice with strong cheese like blue cheese or with the dessert like bitter chocolate cake.
