Frozen vanilla pods (Réunion Island)

Vanilla pods with more flavour (late harvest).

Number of pods : 2. 

Packaging : glass tube.

Use : 1 vanilla pod for 1L/1KG (sweet or salty recipes). Let infuse the vanilla pod for 1h at the end of the cooking. Use also the crystals.

Conservation : 5 years in a glass tube (dark and dry place).
