FROZEN STRAWBERRY PUREE

 SICOLY® frozen sweetened strawberry purée is made from a blend of four varieties of strawberries picked at optimum ripeness. The selected strawberries are transformed into fruit puree in our own production workshops. The pulp obtained is then deaerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and heat-treated according to a specific ultra-rapid process by ohmic heating allowing the preservation of all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavor, color, texture).
