FROZEN RED FRUITS PUREE

 Our frozen berry puree with no added sugar is made from a balanced blend of different berries (strawberries, raspberries, currants, blackberries and sour cherries) harvested at optimum ripeness for maximum flavor. No added sugar* means impeccable fruit quality! All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, variegation, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purées. Each recipe and process are adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, color, texture, etc.) and offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to fresh fruit. The fruits are processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d'Agny (Rhône). SICOLY® frozen red fruit puree is aimed at all professionals, offering them total creative freedom by adjusting the amount of sugar in their preparations themselves.
