FROZEN RASPBERRY PUREE

 Our frozen raspberry purée without added sugar is made from fruit from the orchards of our partner SICOBERRY, in Serbia. Our raspberry puree is made from a harmonious blend of Willamette raspberries and Mecker raspberries (guaranteed minimum) harvested at optimum ripeness. This alliance of two varieties renowned for their very fruity aromas makes it possible to obtain a very aromatic and tangy puree. The fruits are therefore selected according to strict quality criteria for their unique flavors, and picked at full maturity, to release all their aromas in our juices and purées without added sugar. Each recipe and process are adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, color, texture, etc.) and offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to fresh fruit. The fruits are processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d'Agny (Rhône). SICOLY® frozen raspberry puree is aimed at all professionals, offering them total creative freedom by adjusting the amount of sugar in their preparations themselves. Frozen raspberry puree is suitable for both sweet preparations (desserts, ice creams, chocolates, etc.) and savory creations (as an accompaniment to foie gras, duck, in a chutney, etc.).
