Frozen mango sticky rice

The most unmissable and exquisite Thai dessert. Presented in a banana leaf, and consists of glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk, with pieces of mango. Available in En’Joy brand (ready to sell) or under private label Unit 120g – to be reheated 1.30 minutes at 750 Watts in the microwave, remove the bamboo spikes. Do not eat the banana leaf.
