The Xiu Mai, also called "shaomai" or "dim sum", are ravioli from China, ideal for an aperitif, starter or sharing board.
These pre-cooked steamed bites are filled with chicken and vegetables and served with ginger soy sauce.
Available in En’Joy brand (ready to sell) or under private label
Unit 8 pieces of 20g – to be reheated 2 minutes at 750 Watts in the microwave and 5 minutes in the streamer.
