FROZEN BLUEBERRY PUREE

 Our frozen wild blueberry puree with no added sugars is made from fruit grown in Eastern Europe. Smaller than its cultivated cousin, the wild blueberry is very fragrant, fruity and sweet. No added sugar means impeccable fruit quality! All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, mixing, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purées. Each recipe and process are adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, color, texture) and offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to fresh fruit. The fruits are processed in our own production workshop located in Saint-Laurent-d'Agny (Rhône). SICOLY® frozen wild blueberry puree is aimed at all professionals, offering them complete creative freedom by adjusting the amount of sugar in their preparations themselves. It is suitable for both sweet (pastries, sorbets and ice cream, etc.) and savory recipes.
