SICOLY is above all the adventure of a cooperative and the story of fruit growers who are looking for solutions to always add value to their fruit. All the fruits are selected according to strict quality criteria (selection of the most aromatic varieties, blending, Brix, fruits picked at full maturity, etc.) to release all their aromas in our frozen juices and purées. Each recipe and process are adapted to each fruit to preserve their organoleptic properties (taste, color, texture) and make it possible to offer frozen juices and purees as close as possible to fresh fruit.
