The vineyards are located on the 350-meter high Aumelas plateau made of clay and chalky soil.
For this blend of 3 grapes (Grenache noir, Syrah and Merlot) we have a yield of 30 hectoliters/hectare
Manual harvest for better sorting in the vineyards and better handling of the grapes.
Vinification with separate grape varieties with a maceration lasts for 4 weeks, including punching-down of the cap and pumping over. Alcoholic fermentation is done with native yeasts and temperature control.
Aged for 6 month in vat
No insecticides or herbicides are used and working of the soil is light.
