Fourme d’Ambert is the mildest among blue cheeses! It takes its floral and fruity notes from our richest pastures.
The delicacy of this cheese melds with our rustic local terroir, perfectly embodied in its harmonious flavours and its creamy, velvety texture creates a subtle balance.
The secret to the creaminess of our blue cheeses? We carefully wrap them in aluminium foil for 2 to 3 weeks in our cellars maintained at a temperature of 2 to 4°C.
