A 80/20 Merlot/Cabernet Franc certified organic Grand Cru, biodynamically farmed, fermented with native yeasts and aged 18 months in casks and barrels (1/3 new oak) and in amphoras (16%). A modern approach to Saint-Emilion with its ageing partly in amphoras which makes it very approachable.
