FLEURIE LA MADONE
Fleurie La Madone
Made exclusively from the Gamay grape variety, the manual harvest is 100% destemmed, followed by fermentation of 10-12 days, pressing, end of fermentation, and aging in concrete vats until bottling in March-April of the Next year.
This wine, dressed in a deep garnet color with purplish reflections, offers a powerful nose of black fruits. Slightly tangy blackberry notes bring balance to this wine. On the palate, powerful and unctuous tannins reinforce the greediness of this Fleurie which lingers pleasantly in the mouth.
This wine, which is for us a wine for friends, goes very well with a snack, a barbecue, a grilled chicken, or even simply an aperitif.
