Fines Bulles Blanches

This wine comes from Chenin grape, harvested at full maturity. The vinification of the first fermentation is frank and direct. For the second fermentation, the traditional method is used, allowing the bubbles of this sparkling wine to take shape during 21 months of riddling. Golden yellow ; Intense and complex. Notes of white fruits ; Dynamic first feel, thanks to the multitude of thin bubbles. It then gets quite round
with apricot notes.
