Farine De Seigle T130

This flour is milled with 100% french grains, no additives. We recommend it to make "Tourte de seigle", bread from Auvergne area. Also you can use it to feed your levain or to mix with Farine Tradition Bagatelle Label Rouge T65 to make country loaf.
