From arrival, the grapes are pressed (pneumatic) with no sulfites added. Once pressed, very gentle settling, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occur naturally. Aging for 14 months on its fine lees in oak barrels (20% in new oak), and then 6
months in vats.Subtil notes offering aromas of flowers and citrus. Dominated by a chiselled minerality, the palate is full, rich and refined, with delicate notes of butter and white fruits. A saline finish.
