Extra virgin olive oil obtained from a blend of our single variety oils from Salonenque, Bouteillan and Aglandau. Our AOP Provence oil is balanced and has a great aromatic complexity. It offers aromas of fresh grass, raw almond and green apple. Slight peppery notes and a hint of bitterness reinforce its aromatic bouquet.
