For more than 70 years, Andrésy à l'Ancienne provide a wide range of traditional jam recipes. 

Since 2012 Maison Andrésy we have been awarded the label « Entreprise du patrimoine vivant » by the french state and « Quality producer » released by the College Culinaire de France since 2017. Maison Andrésy perpetuates the tradition with jams made with fruits at optimum maturity, as well as cane sugar. Made in copper cauldrons.
