Expression du Sud

Situated at the far reaches of the Massif de la Séranne, Mont Saint-Baudille provides a remarkable view that stretches across the entire wine growing plain of the Hérault region, to the Mediterranean sea. This vast amphitheatre lent its name in the wine-labelling era, and covers a dozen towns and villages including Saint-Saturnin, which houses Fonjoya, la Cave des Vignerons Audacieux. 

TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow colour with hints of green. The bouquet reveals floral, honeysuckle aromas and notes of white fruit (peach). On the palate it is light, lively and refreshing. The finish is subtly lemony.
