Expression du Sud

Situated at the far reaches of the Massif de la Séranne, Mont Saint-Baudille provides a remarkable view that stretches across the entire wine growing plain of the Hérault region, to the Mediterranean sea. This vast amphitheatre lent its name in the wine-labelling era, and covers a dozen towns and villages including Saint-Saturnin, which houses Fonjoya, la Cave des Vignerons Audacieux. 

TASTING NOTES

Beautiful peach colour with hints of deep purple. The bouquet reveals subtly peppery mineral notes and red berry aromas. On the palate it is lively owing to the presence of mandarin and pomelo. The finish is well balanced and gourmand.
