Excellence

The vineyard can be divided into three main areas of different soil types, all typical of the appellation: in the north, an area of schist, in the south, a clay-limestone soil, and a small area of sandstone soil in the east of Saint-Chinian. Sun and wind accompany this splendid setting, marked by hot and dry summers and very few rainy days. Thanks to these excellent grape-growing weather conditions, Saint-Chinian is among the southern wine-making areas of great fame. 

TASTING NOTES

Beautiful pale yellow colour, nose with aromas of exotic fruits, white flowers and gunflint. On the palate, after an attack full of freshness and minerality, flavours of exotic fruits, pineapple and mango come to bring roundness and fatness.
