Tasting :
With a light golden aspect, this wine displays aromas of citrus fruits, pepper as well as floral notes such as hawthorn. In the mouth, this champagne is greedy, full. With a nice acidity, we detect notes of fresh almond and a nice white flesh fruit.
Serving suggestions : Open a few minutes before serving, or decant.
Food Pairing :
To be served ideally with white meats cooked “à la plancha".
