ESPRIT D'ESTUAIRE 2019, MEDOC

The history of the Médoc is deeply linked to the Gironde estuary. The vineyard has been developed, partly through the navigation on the river : ports were supplying the Bordeaux place. It seemed natural to us, Vignerons Uni-Médoc, to pay homage to our roots through a wine issued from a selection of plots and made with precision and passion by women and men of the Médoc. Colour extremely intense and profound with purple tints. The first nose is discreet with candied fruit and toast aromas. It opens after aeration with some delicate notes of toast, spices and black grape jam. The attack is very round and soft with red fruit and vanilla aromas. The tannins are silky, the palate is harmoniously balanced with a long lasting.
