Entre Parenthèses is an ode to hedonism, an invitation to discover an elegant wine with crisp fruit aromas, to take a break and just enjoy a moment of drinking pleasure, away from the hustle and bustle of a world that has become increasingly hurried and demanding. TERROIR The result of our winemakers’ rigorous selection work, Entre Parenthèses represents the quintessence of the finest clay-limestone terroirs of the Bordeaux wine region. These terroirs have been specially selected for their ability to produce distinguished wines of lovely aromatic intensity. GRAPE VARIETIES Entre Parenthèses Bordeaux is made from 4 grape varieties, typical of the Bordeaux region : Merlot (92%), Cabernet Franc (4%), Cabernet Sauvignon (2%) and Malbec (2%). VINIFICATION The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 20°C., with regular pumping-over to obtain a deep color and concentrated aromas. TASTING NOTES Entre Parenthèses Bordeaux has a deep and limpid color with shades of red ruby. It reveals a pleasant bouquet ripe small red fruit and a hint of soft spices. The palate is round and well-balanced, surrounded by structured and well-blended tannins. A modern and straightforward Bordeaux. ACCORDS METS & VINS Entre Parenthèses Entre Parenthèses is perfect for relaxed drinking occasions, whether served as an aperitif , with simple dishes (burgers, pâtes) or more refined (duck breast, entrecôte). It will also accompany well some cheese, such as Comté. SERVICE Serve between 16 and 18°C.
