Winemaking: Every effort is made to produce a wine with a
low alcohol content while preserving its fruitiness and freshness.
The grapes were harvested at full maturity to preserve all
their aromatic potential.
The usual fermentation using selected strains of yeast
transforms these aroma precursors into richer fermentative
aromas.
Ageing on the lees, which is usual for all our wines,
intensifies the sensation of fullness and length on the palate.
Early bottling captures the maximum aromas and preserves
their freshness throughout the year.
Tasting notes: A beautiful yellow colour with bright green
highlights. On the nose, it’s full and fruity with notes of white
fruit (peach, pineapple) with hints of lime.
On the palate, this light white is refreshing, with good balance.
The roundness with a blend of pears and pineapples, with
the liveliness of the citrus fruit and tangy sweetness.
Food pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, it will also go wonderfully
with fish, mixed seafood & oysters.
