Vintage: 2023 Grape variety: 100% Merlot Alcool: 9 % Winemaking: Every effort is made to produce a wine with a low alcohol content while preserving its fruitiness and freshness. The grapes were harvested at full maturity to preserve all their aromatic potential. The usual fermentation using selected strains of yeast transforms these aroma precursors into richer fermentative aromas. Ageing on the lees, which is usual for all our wines, intensifies the sensation of fullness and length on the palate. Early bottling captures the maximum aromas and preserves their freshness throughout the year. Tasting notes: This light, refreshing red wine has delicate aromas of red fruit on the nose. On the palate, it is smooth, with flavours of strawberry and raspberry, supported by a light acidity. Its low alcohol content makes it an ideal choice for sunny days and times when you’re looking for a light, thirst-quenching drink. Food pairing: Beef carpaccio, seafood salad, mushroom risotto, cheeses.
