Wine from selected vines. Low temperature pressing. Stabulation on lees for 8 days. Vinification at low temperatures.A pale rosé with very present alcohol aromas. Lively and bright on the palate with an intense aromatic finish.Ideal to drink as an aperitif. It pairs wonderfully with cold dishes or mixed salads. Serving temperature 10-12°c.
