The Colombard grape has a unique property of being naturally low in alcohol content, between 9° and 11°. In addition, we also harvest the grapes a week earlier. Our unique technique consists of interrupting the fermentation before all the sugar has been consumed, in order to remain at 9°. This process is completely natural and does not involve any dealcoholisation.
