Distillerie Lehmann’s greatest delicacies! Our Williams Pear eau-de-vie is crafted by fermenting the pears following a double distillation in our ancestral stills. Aged for a minimum of 3 years in stainless still vats The Williams Pears are harvested in the Rhône Valley where the climate is most suitable. The rare fragrance and richness of aromas in this eau-de-vie give the impression of biting into the Williams Pear.
