Our Wild Raspberry eau-de-vie is made 100% from pure raspberry, obtained by maceration and double distillation. Aged for a minimum of 3 years in stainless still vats This fruit eau-de-vie is handcrafted from carefully selected fully ripened raspberries grown naturally in the wild forests. The result is a fruity, rich aromatic intensity that reveals the authenticity of the raspberry. The ageing in stainless steel vats allows the eau-de-vie to develop complex flavours and a silk texture, leaving a long-lasting, pleasant aftertaste.
