SURFACE AREA: 2ha 50/PRODUCTION 7000 bottles/TERROIR: Gravelly clay/limestone/VINE VARIETY: 80% merlot - 20% malbec/HARVEST: machine harvest at optimal maturity/VINIFICATION :Pre-fermentation and alcoholic fermentation under organic protection (no SO2) in temperature-controlled vats & Malolactic fermentation in vats/AGEING : 80% stainless steel vats – 20% new oak for 6 months /TASTING NOTES: a deep black-cherry to ruby-red robe. The bouquet is deliciously tactile, with magnificent notes of blackcurrant and blackberry.On the palate the wine is dense and  very smooth, perfectly enhanced by the sturdy tannins.
