Dry Farmer Cider IGP Normandy 75 cl - Michel Bréavoine

Our Dry Cider is made from a blend of “100% pure juice” from around thirty varieties of cider apples grown exclusively in our orchards. Once picked at the right ripeness, our apples are carefully washed, sorted, crushed and then pressed before a slow fermentation. After constant monitoring of its development and numerous rackings to remove any unwanted or superfluous flavors, the cider is bottled on site at the Domaine. Our Cidre Brut can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, in cocktails or as a kir with a liqueur. At mealtimes, it goes wonderfully well with all dishes: fish, meat or poultry.
