Delicious slices of dried apples, slightly crispy and tender at the same time.
A new French project, which is in line with our desire to promote fruit production in Provence (South of France). Our apples are French and come from a family-owned farm: cultivated in Saint-Andiol, in Provence by Sébastien, apple producer for 6 generations!
Our dried apples help prevent food waste: fruits that cannot be sold, because of problems of size, shape or scuffing of the apples, are used to make our dried apples.
