Capturing all of our knowledge in the bottle, this wine comes from the exceptional 2020 vintage. It reveals depth, richness and a complex palate.
BLEND AND TERROIRS
60% Syrah
40% Grenache
These grape varieties come from the very fine Pic Saint Loup terroir, a legendary land in the Languedoc region. The grapes are harvested by hand, an essential and uncommon requirement for preserving exceptional quality.

Growing method: organic
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Destemmed and then vinified in a concrete vat.
Cellar ageing: 16 months
TASTING EXPERIENCE
Nose: notes of raspberries and blackcurrants.
Palate: very smooth on entry, fruity with a long finish. An elegant wine, full of finesse.
Pairing suggestions: game birds, pheasant, and braised hare in a red wine sauce.
Cellaring potential: 8 to 10 years
