Discover our Pinot Noir Nature, a 100% Pinot Noir wine grown biodynamically and with no added sulphites. Hand-picking and temperature-controlled fermentation have preserved all the flavours of this emblematic grape variety. 

Carbonic maceration reveals a cherry-red colour and aromas of redcurrants, cherries, blackberries and light tobacco notes. 

On the palate, this wine has a fine structure, freshness and great suppleness. 
To be enjoyed over the next 5 years, it is the perfect accompaniment to white meat or mixed salads. Its versatility means it can be adapted to a variety of culinary occasions, adding a touch of elegance to every tasting experience.
