Coming from a family of winemakers, Jean-François and Pierre-Louis Bersan (father and son) perpetuate respect for their exceptional terroirs and the product. Technological developments were quickly integrated into the process to exploit the full potential of their 20 hectares of vines. In a constant quest for progress, the Saint-Bris le Vineux estate is currently undergoing organic conversion. Very dry and with a perfect finesse, this Chablis has a unique and highly recognizable personality.
