Domaine Mas de la Tour Rosé 2020

Following a soft pneumatic pressuring, the resulting juice is protected by CO2 gas and cooled to 8° for 24 hours to allow the wine to settle and clarify. Fermentation is then activated by selected yeasts chosen for their aromatic qualities. Strict temperature control during the whole fermentation process ensures the development of the most subtle aromas. And finally, ageing for 3 months on fine lees creates an agreeable smoothness. A lovely clear pale rose pink colour and delicate aromas of small red fruits and flowers. Enjoy as an aperitif, with tapas, summer salad and barbecue.
