Grenache and Chardonnay, which are very complementary, give power, finesse and roundness once blended. The grapes are pneumatically pressed then fermented in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures. Ageing on lees for several months gives complexity and balance to the palate.Attractive pale yellow in colour. The nose is primarily floral with notes of white peach. The palate reveals an agreeable freshness, maintained throughout, with aromas on dried fruits on the finish. Excellent with grilled fish, or seafood in creamy sauce, roast chicken, or quite simply as an aperitif. Serve at 12°.
