This AOP is one of the most exceptional Grand Cru. A sumptuous, brilliant and golden colour. The first nose is racy, pure with citrus notes and sweet delicious tones. Then, the mouth is round and straight with a nice fat. A beautiful balance as a great wine.

Wine ageing: Pressing shielded from the air, under protection of carbon dioxide to protect the precursors of aromas. Fermentation in oak barrels for 16 months. Light stirring. Tangential filtration before bottling.
Color: Pale gold, limpid and brilliant, with green highlights in its youth. Nose: Ample and generous, buttery notes, baked apple and citrus fruits aromas. Mouth: Rounded opulence, well-structured and beautiful length.
Food and wine pairing: Lobster or poultry with morels mushrooms. Cellaring Potential: 5 to 20 years.
