Domaine Maldant-Pauvelot Bourgogne Chardonnay

Wine ageing: Pressing shielded from the air then musts are filtered before the alcoholic fermentation. Ageing partly in tank and in oak barrels during 10 to 12 months on fine lees. Color: Pale gold colour with green tints, brilliant and limpid. Nose: Fresh and delicate with fresh butter aromas. Mouth: Aromatic, mineral. Straight attack, with acidity and rich aromas which it confers the perfect balance. Beautiful length. Food wine pairing: fish, seafood, onion tart or Gruyère cheese. Cellaring Potential: 2 to 5 years.
