Domaine Laffitte - "Cuvée Prestige"

Harvesting is done throughout the night to avoid oxydation. The grapes are then destemmed & pressed, following by a cold maceration of 12-15 days to extract the primary aromas. Mechanical ‘battonage’ is regularly done after the alcoholic fermentation to give roundness to the wine. The wine then aged minimum 6 months on lees before filtration.
