Domaine Hubert & Olivier Sinson Touraine Sauvignon "Jardin des Saveurs"
Our wines are cultivated on a specific soil, this is flint clay. We always look for ripeness of grape varieties and we only use stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromas. The fermentation takes 1 or 2 weeks and our Touraine Sauvignon is a dry white wine that goes very well with fish and seafood. To be served at 10° C.
