The Corton “les Renardes” is a fine wine. The dress is subtle, carmine red, aromas are delicate. This wine has really elegant and powerful tannins. Aromas stay a long time, both in mouth and nose. You’ll never forget this round and warm Grand Cru. The Corton Grand Cru “les Renardes” is to be served with a roasted meat, deer, duck with orange sauce, cheeses (avoid spicy sauces).
