Age of the vines: Between 10 and 25 years old Yield : 40 hl / ha

Cultivation: Vineyard in conversion to organic farming

Vinification: Hand harvested in crates, not crushed, partially de-stemmed and vatted. Vatting time: 3 weeks. Matured for 6 months in stainless steel. Wine without added sulphite, not fined; light filtration before bottling.

Tasting: A blend of Languedoc grapes and Merlot gives this wine a greedy, fruity and elegant character. A balanced palate with lovely polished tannins. A wine with no added sulphites.
