Cultivation: Organic vineyard Gobelet and cordon de Royat pruning

Vinification: Hand harvested in small boxes, vatted by gravity, destemmed but not crushed. Maceration for about 1 month. Aged for 9 months in stainless steel tanks. Slight filtration before bottling. Vinification and maturation without added sulphite.
