A 100% Pinot Noir from the hight part of Languedoc. Freshness, fruts and structure can caracterize this wine. Manual with a severe selection in the vine. Before entering in the tank, grapes are stemmed. Classic fermentation in tanks, some pumping-over are realized during the first days. The maturation is in oak barrels (500L) during 11 month.
