Domaine de Mouscaillo, Limoux Blanc 2015
A blend of Chardonnay (98%), Chenin blanc (1%) and Mauzac (1%) from vines aged 25 to 48 years. Freshness, tension and complexity can caracterize this wine. The harvest is manual with a severe selection in the vine. Fermentation in oak barrels (500L) and maturation on lees during 12 month. White Languedoc wine with a great potential of ageing.
