Domaine de MONTCY, Licorne, AOP Cour-Cheverny, Blanc, 2020

- PRESENTATION : The Romorantin grape was introduced near Chambord Castle by the king François the 1st in
1517. It is one of the rarest grape variety, as only 70 hectares are planted on this planet,
and exclusively in the Cour-Cheverny DOC. Cour-Cheverny projects to tighten these historic
links with François the 1st, Chambord Castle and the Renaissance era by changing its name
in "Chambord DOC", possibly in 2024. This vintage of Licorne 2020 is soon to become a
collectors item !

- AGEING : Aged for 12 months on lees in french oak barrels.

- VARIETALS : Romorantin 100%

- AGEING POTENTIAL : 10 to 15 years

- AT NOSE : Slightly woody with notes of rhubarb and apple

- ON THE PALATE : Round and powerful attack, long finish supported by great minerality. Aromas of citrus fruits, almonds, white flowers and
beeswax.Round and powerful attack, long finish supported by great minerality. Aromas of citrus fruits, almonds, white
